              In the teacher's office, Mr. Roland who are teach in the Sill class need some advise from Mrs. Reni.
Mr. Roland  : hmmm... I am so tired teaching in the Sill class.
Mrs. Reni     : what happens Mr. Roland ? you can tell me
Mr. Roland  : Today, I meet many aggression in my classroom and I don't know how to response.
Mrs. Reni     : ohh, I know what do you feel Mr. Roland.
                      If you meet many aggression you can change your method of learning.
Mr. Roland   : What kind of method that I need ?
Mrs. Reni      : Use cooperative learning Mr. Roland or you can give modelling and role playing in the
                       class
Mr. Roland   : Ohh,, yeahh. I ever heard about that. How if the students still like that ?
Mrs. Reni      : Don't worry Mr. Roland. I know you ever read about Skinner theory, you can use
                       positive and negative reinforcement.or use self monitoring.
Mr. Roland   : Oh my God, I remember about Skinner theory. Thank you Mrs. Reni
